How do I pick up my order?

When you're ordering our delicious candy , you'll be asked for a destinated time and date once you're near the end of your checkout experience.
For custom candy orders you'll do the same, placing your desired time of pick up. Our customer service associates will quickly contact you to confirm or change your desired date. They'll assist you in finding the perfect time and date for pick up that works for everyone.

    When purchasing from our candy shop we accept all major credit and debit cards, including but not limited to Amex, Express, Mastercard, and Visa. Additionally, we accept payment via PayPal for online orders.


    When shopping in-store at our candy shop we also accept cash payments.

  • How do I pick up my order?

    Look for an email stating that your order is ready for pick-up. Please pick up your order within three days of receiving the email.

  • What if my product is wrong or damaged?

    We apologize if you receive the wrong order from our candy shop. Please give us a call or come on in for assistance so we can help find a solution.

  • How should I store the product?

    All of our products should be stored at room temperature. In a cabinet or pantry is best, and make sure to keep them out of the refrigerator or freezer.

  • Are any of your products nut or gluten free?

    Unfortunately, they are not at this time. All of the same equipment is used to make all of our products.

Our website is 100% secure and we only ask for your contact information, such as phone number and email, so that we can contact you about your order, or if you have any questions. We do not sell this information. We do not require any other additional information such as social security numbers.
